ARRIVING LATE

Please contact us if you are running late for your appointment.

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or, where necessary, your appointment being rescheduled. We cannot guarantee that the full treatment time can be provided when a client arrives late.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to settle in and be ready for your treatment.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

TREATMENTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

All treatments are performed following a consultation and assessment of your individual needs and suitability.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous treatments and any other information that may affect their treatment.

Please follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided by your therapist.

If a treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe, we reserve the right to decline or modify the treatment.

TREATMENT RESULTS

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Factors including skin type, lifestyle, healing, aftercare, existing conditions and individual response can affect treatment outcomes.

For cosmetic tattooing and other treatments involving healing, clients acknowledge that results may vary and that additional appointments or touch-ups may be recommended.
